Primary coordinator in the setup and configurations in converting from Ethernet T1 backbone to an ATM Fiber backbone.

Setup, configures, optimizes, and administers all servers to include the Primary Domain Controller, 15 Backup Domain Controllers, Application/Distribution Server, Print Servers, Remote Access Servers, Exchange Servers, Intrusion Detection Servers, Tape Backup Servers, Multi CD-ROM Server, Fax Server, Internet Information Server, and System Management Server. Monitored backup routines for all Member Servers and Domain Controllers in the Network Control Center to insure that all critical data was protected.

Monitors network traffic for the Domain using HP Openview and provided remote helpdesk for clients using System Management Server. Oversees the Adjutant Generals state wide command and control electronic mail and scheduling system.

Setup and configures fault tolerance and disaster recovery for all Member Servers and Domain Controllers. Installed and configured Cisco Routers, Bay Network Hubs, Synoptics Hubs, and Fore ATM Switches.

Installed and configured in an Enterprise environment; Microsoft Windows NT Server 3.51 and 4.0, Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 3.51 and 4.0, Microsoft Exchange 4.0, Microsoft Exchange 5.5, Microsoft Exchange Client, Microsoft Outlook 97, Microsoft Outlook 98, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, Microsoft Office Suite 95, Microsoft Office Suite 98, Microsoft Internet information Server 4.0, Microsoft NT Option Pack, Microsoft System Management Server, Microsoft SQL Server 6.5, Omtools Fax Senior, Microsoft Domain Name Server, Microsoft Front Page, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Distributed File System.

Designed and built custom Rack mounted Servers to support Backoffice products such as Microsoft Exchange 5.5, Microsoft Systems Management Server, and Microsoft SQL Server. Deployed more than 400 Windows NT 4.0 Workstations with software configured to each user. Currently deploying an additional 500 Workstations throughout the state of Arkansas for the Arkansas Army National Guard.
